ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a bilingual Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position includes a competitive base salary and benefits.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics, possess an active California license or be eligible for licensure, and be fluent in Spanish and English. You will provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, immunizations, well-child visits, and acute illness

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active California medical license or eligible for immediate state licensure.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health.
