Zaddy Solutions in California is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient team. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no after-hours call, and a competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics, and licensed in California. You will provide primary care, preventive visits, immunizations, and collaborate with a supportive clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate licensure).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies.
