KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) in Hawthorne, CA for a full-time, on-site role. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no after-hours calls, weekends, or holidays.

You will provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well-child visits, immunizations, and acute illness management, while communicating fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families. CA licensure or eligibility required.

Formación

• US MD/DO or international equivalent.
• Pediatrics board certification or eligibility.
• Active California license or license eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Manage acute illnesses with appropriate care.
• Communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.

• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline workflows.
• Document patient encounters accurately using the EHR system and educate families on child health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Clinical Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.
