Job summary

Cortica in Glendale, CA is seeking a Pediatrician to join our multi-disciplinary team focused on neurodevelopmental care. You will deliver direct patient care, including telehealth, and collaborate across specialties to design comprehensive, family-centered treatment plans for children and adolescents.

Ideal candidates have completed pediatrics residency, board certification, and hold active medical licensure.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed a pediatric residency of 3 years.
• Board certification in pediatrics.
• Current and valid medical license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, to pediatric patients within Cortica’s scope.
• Complete the history, exam, decisions, orders, referrals, and documentation to required clinical quality.
• Meet productivity standards and maintain an appropriate ratio of new to follow-up visits.
• Ensure timely documentation, with same-day when possible and within two business days.
• Communicate care plans to the medical team and respond to patient-care needs within the expected timeframes.
• Lead or present at weekly rounds and participate in related teaching activities.
• Attend clinical meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as part of Cortica’s care model.
