Cortica is seeking a Pediatrician in Charlotte, NC to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, to children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences as part of Cortica’s patient population.

We offer a 34 hours per week direct care with protected time, a salary range of $192,000 to $240,000, and benefits including 401k matching, health/vision/dental and pet insurance, as well as an education stipend and annual

Qualifications

• 4 years of medical school from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of U.S. based pediatrics residency training.
• Board eligible or certified in pediatrics.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, to pediatric patients within Cortica's scope.
• Conduct history, exam, clinical decisions, referrals, and documentation to quality standards.
• Meet productivity targets with appropriate patient visit mix (new vs follow-up).
• Complete clinical documentation promptly (same day to within two business days).
• Communicate care plans to medical staff and address patient-care needs within 2 days.
• Participate in clinical meetings (Rounds, Case Collaboration, Medical Faculty).
• Contribute to high patient experience scores and teammate satisfaction.
• Lead, present, and teach at Weekly Rounds; maintain a healthy patient caseload.
• Support outcomes as per Whole Child Scorecard; perform other duties as assigned.
