Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Pediatrician to join our multidisciplinary team in Glendale, CA. The role focuses on direct in-person and telehealth care for children with neurodevelopmental differences, delivering comprehensive pediatric care across a diverse patient population.

The position emphasizes collaboration with multiple specialties, participation in rounds, and ongoing clinical development within Cortica's care model. A strong commitment to patient and family experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed four years of medical school from an accredited university.
• Completed three years of residency training in pediatrics.
• Board certified in pediatrics.
• Current and unrestricted medical license with ability for cross-state licensure as indicated.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, to pediatric patients within Cortica's scope.
• Perform comprehensive history, exam, clinical decision-making, order entry, referrals, and documentation.
• Maintain productivity with appropriate patient visits and timely documentation (same day to within two business days).
• Communicate care plans to the medical team and respond to patient-care needs promptly.
• Lead/participate in clinical rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
