Responsibilities: Provide expert evaluation and management of pediatric urgent care cases. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, and minor injuries. Perform minor procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, etc. Order and interpret basic labs and imaging when needed. Educate families on aftercare and next steps. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient experience. Qualifications: Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Pediatrics. Active Virginia medical license (or eligibility). Pediatric urgent care or outpatient experience preferred. Comfortable with procedures commonly performed in urgent care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
