Make a Real Impact on Children’s Health in Underserved Communities

Are you passionate about delivering compassionate, culturally competent care to children and families who need it most? If you’re tired of rushed visits and volume-driven medicine, here’s a chance to join a rapidly growing, mission-focused healthcare provider dedicated to value-based, family-centered pediatric care.

Backed by a financially strong healthcare organization, this team offers a supportive environment where you can focus on quality outcomes, prevention, and chronic disease management — without the usual pressures of fee-for-service models.

Why You’ll Love This Role

Serve Underserved Populations

Care for Medicaid and underserved pediatric patients, closing critical gaps in care and promoting healthier futures for children and families.

Practice True Primary Care

Provide full-spectrum outpatient pediatric care — well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management.

Focus on Outcomes, Not Volume

Work in a value-based model where success is measured by quality, patient/family satisfaction, and utilization metrics, not just patient visits.

Monday–Friday schedule, outpatient only. No hospital call or weekends — giving you time for yourself and your family.

Collaborate with a Strong Care Team

Partner with care coordinators, quality assurance, and community resources to support complex cases and improve patient outcomes.

Growth & Stability

Join a rapidly expanding organization backed by a well-capitalized umbrella company, offering career growth and a seat at the table in shaping pediatric care delivery.

State-of-the-art work Environment

You’ll be working in a modern, high-tech facility that’s clean, well-equipped and designed to support efficient patient care.

What’s in It for You

  • Competitive salary up to $240,000, plus performance bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CME, 401(k), and malpractice coverage
  • Generous paid time off: 18 PTO days + 5 CME days (flexible use) + 7 paid holidays = 30 total days off
  • Supportive, collaborative culture focused on excellence and compassion

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient pediatric care across a defined panel.
  • Conduct age-appropriate screenings and anticipatory guidance for children from infancy through adolescence.
  • Manage preventive care, immunizations, and chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, and obesity.
  • Collaborate with care coordination to close pediatric gaps in care and improve HEDIS metrics.
  • Develop care plans for high-risk patients, working with specialists and community partners.
  • Educate and engage families with clear, culturally sensitive communication.
  • Document accurately and utilize clinical dashboards to track and improve outcomes.
  • Patient population: Approximately 80% Medicaid, 10% Medicare and 10% fee‑for‑service, with a strong focus delivering high quality care to underserved and vulnerable communities.

What You Bring

  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics or Experience working in Paediatrics
  • Current Florida medical license and DEA registration; PALS certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years outpatient pediatric or value‑based care experience preferred
  • Experience with Medicaid/underserved populations and pediatric HEDIS measures strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a family‑centered approach
  • Proficient in EMR/EHR systems
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
