POSITION: Full-time Pediatrician MD

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Pediatrician for full-time outpatient care within a 25-physician multispecialty group located in Sun Valley, California. The role involves outpatient care only, with no inpatient responsibilities, and shared telephone call duties. Candidates must hold a valid California Medical license and be board certified or eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Job Duties

• See patients in one medical facility, managing a caseload of 20-30 patients per day, five days a week, eight hours per day.
• Malpractice, licensing, credentialing, and overhead expenses are covered.

Job Qualifications

• Valid and current California medical license at the start date.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics is preferred.
• Good personality and ability to work well with diverse populations; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Clinical practice experience is preferred but not required.
• Must demonstrate high character and integrity.

Compensation

• Salary ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 in the first year, with potential increases of $5,000 to $10,000 annually based on performance.
• Additional signing bonus of $20,000 payable at start.
• Health and dental benefits, including HMO and PPO plans, with company contributions covering basic coverage.
• 401K plan provided.
• Paid time off and CME allowances based on tenure.
