Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team in rural Northeastern Oregon. This permanent, full-time role offers four 10-hour days with outpatient clinic duties and a 1:4 call rotation, alongside 4 physicians and 1 NP. New graduates are welcome and comprehensive benefits are provided.

You will provide primary and preventive pediatric care, work with EPIC EHR, and collaborate with on-site behavioral health and lab teams to support a healthy rural community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for credentialing).

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive visits for pediatric patients in outpatient clinic.
• See 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff.
• Participate in a 1:4 shared call rotation with four physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventative health visits, and acute illness management to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff
• Participate in a manageable 1:4 shared call rotation alongside four experienced physicians
• Utilize EPIC EHR with dedicated scribe support provided for clinicians seeing 15+ patients per day
• Collaborate closely with on-site behavioral health specialists, laboratory staff, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Foster long-term, trusting relationships with children and families in the surrounding rural community

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
