Ascension's Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center in Indianapolis is seeking a PRN pediatric preceptor to teach and supervise residents while delivering outpatient pediatric care. You will contribute to a diverse, medically underserved community and work within a collaborative Pediatric Resident Faculty Practice.
The role supports clinical quality, resident development, and patient access. You will document care in Athena with Sunrise access as needed, and join a team of physicians and residents
This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
Help prepare the next generation of pediatricians while expanding access to care for a diverse and medically underserved community. This PRN pediatric preceptor position combines outpatient pediatric care with the opportunity to supervise and teach pediatric residents in the Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center.
The Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center is a multidisciplinary teaching practice located on the Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis campus. The PCC serves a culturally and linguistically diverse patient population, including many families who are medically underserved, uninsured, or underinsured. Physicians work alongside residents, faculty colleagues and an interdisciplinary care team while having access to the pediatric specialty resources of Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.
