The primary location for this role is hybrid in-office located in Houston , travel is estimated to be up to 10% and expected schedule requirements are 4x10s 8:00 am -6:00 pm local time . B ilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role .
What You’ll Do
As a Pediatrician with Imagine Pediatrics, you play a critical role in ensuring the best care for children with complex medical needs. Our goal is toincrease the number of safe days at home by ensuring kids and families get what they need when they need it—reducing unnecessary medical visits and hospitalizations. You leverage an integrated technology platform and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including APPs, registered nurses, navigators, pharmacists, psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists. The compensation for this role starts at $210,000 and includes a $10,000 annual bonus. In addition to competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
