Role Description The Pediatrician will provide full-time, on-site pediatric primary care at our Austin, TX location, caring for infants, children, and adolescents. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting well-child visits, sick visits, and developmental screenings; diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions; and providing preventive care, vaccinations, and age-appropriate counseling. The role involves collaborating with other physicians and clinical staff, reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the medical record. The Pediatrician will also communicate regularly with families, coordinate referrals to specialists as needed, and participate in practice quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in Pediatrics and Neonatology, with experience providing comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Demonstrated expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care in an outpatient setting.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, fostering collaborative and respectful professional relationships.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Texas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
