Job summary

MD Medical Group is seeking a pediatric physician to join our Conroe, Texas practice. You will lead efforts to build your patient panel and deliver compassionate pediatric care with the support of a robust clinical network.

The role emphasizes strong medical Spanish skills, a weekday schedule (9 AM–6 PM), AI scribe support, and no weekend shifts or after-hours call. Generous compensation is offered along with a $20k sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Pediatrics residency completed or equivalent.
• Current, unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Current, unrestricted Texas DEA license.
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

Education, Licensure & Certification

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas
• Current, Unrestricted Texas state specific DEA license
• BE/BC Pediatrics
