Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Pediatrician to provide comprehensive outpatient medical care in a patient-centered medical home.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to prevent illness, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and support healthy outcomes within the community. The role includes well-child visits, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating referrals, and mentoring staff, with opportunities for leadership development and community health

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current DEA and DPS registrations.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to obtain hospital privileges when required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• At least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits and acute illness management
• Diagnose and treat pediatric medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Review laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic results
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists
• Provide preventive health education and counseling to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to support staff and medical students
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered medical home initiatives
• Support community health and wellness programs
• Participate in on-call coverage when required
