Job summary

Total?ly Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in Loma Linda, CA is seeking a Wound Care Clinician who focuses on wound healing for pediatric patients up to age 21. You will design age-appropriate plans of care and collaborate with the care team to deliver subacute and rehabilitation services.

The role requires CA RN/RCP/LVN licensure, current BLS, and a preference for wound care certification. Expect to work in a pediatric hospital setting with emphasis on education and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current California license: RN, RCP or LVN required.
• BLS current prior to independent work.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Minimum two years pediatric nursing/respiratory experience.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan wound care to improve healing in pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on plans of care.
• Provide patient, family and staff education on wound care.
• Evaluate and adjust wound care plans as patients improve or change.
• Adhere to CMS CDPH and accreditation requirements; maintain confidentiality.
