Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services to residents, collaborating with doctors, therapists, and families to optimize outcomes.

You will perform dressings, monitor healing, document progress, and educate staff on protocols while contributing to staffing continuity. Active nursing license required; prior wound care experience preferred; must be compassionate and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures is preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills are important.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-centered environment.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.
