Our mission is to offer a top-quality, convenient, and accessible alternative to emergency departments for children and young adults. We are academically driven, with over 50 practice guidelines, CME-accredited lectures and workshops, a national annual conference, and extensive data for research and clinical analytics. We provide a supportive work environment with comprehensive, individualized learning programs for pediatric advanced practice providers, including procedural training, radiology interpretation, and an evidence-based approach to illness and injury. Our setup resembles an emergency department but operates within a private practice setting, equipped with on-site x-ray and lab services, supportive staff, specialty consultations, and a high-acuity case mix. We maintain strong relationships with local communities and enjoy a solid reputation among patients and primary care providers. The work schedule is flexible, with no overnight shifts, and roles range from 12 to 36 hours per week, accommodating both part-time and full-time preferences.
DescriptionPM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers with pediatric experience to join our team. Under the guidance of the Regional Medical Officer, APPs evaluate and provide evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in urgent care settings.
