Qualifications

• Knowledge of pediatric EKG placement and processing.
• Ability to obtain lab tests via nasal swab and venipuncture.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations.
• Greet and register patients on arrival.
• Take medical history, vital signs, and intake.
• Prepare patients for X-rays.
• Perform routine labs and venipuncture as needed.
• Irrigate and assist with wounds.
• Assist in lab quality control testing.
• Support patient care within scope of practice.
• Maintain exam rooms and waiting area supplies.
• Respond to emergencies and notify medical team.
• Follow policies and protect patient information.
• Assist with other duties including splints and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
