Job summary

PM Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support pediatric urgent care providers in a high-demand setting. You'll collect histories, monitor vitals, perform procedures, administer medications, and assist with patient care within your scope under physician supervision.

The role requires pediatric experience, an active LPN/LVN license, and BLS; PALS is recommended. Expect teamwork, confidentiality, and commitment to quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience is required.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification; PALS recommended.
• Knowledge of pediatric pharmacology and medical terminology.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations
• Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, intake, and prioritize patient care
• Perform procedures (venipuncture, IV insertion, urinary catheterization), administer medications, and assist with total patient care
• Maintain knowledge of pediatric pharmacology
• Assist in ensuring patient care within scope of practice
• Perform monthly quality control checks
