Just 4 Kids Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide remarkable pediatric care. You will take patient history, obtain vital signs, perform basic testing, and assist with exams and procedures in our Idaho Falls urgent care.

As a full-time LPN, you will coordinate care with internal teams and referred services, document thoroughly, and maintain HIPAA standards. Must be self-motivated and comfortable in medically complex situations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Idaho LPN license.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Keen observational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated and an independent thinker.
• Comfortable in medically complex situations.

Responsabilités

• Take patient history and obtain vital signs prior to provider visit.
• Perform basic testing and screenings; document results.
• Handle lab specimens and associated documentation.
• Assist with injections and med administration per policy.
• Support providers with exams and procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and accurate charting.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external referrals.
• Follow up to ensure patients receive required care.
