Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 12 months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead staffing, performance management and staff development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in pediatric clinics or urgent care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations across all Children's Urgent Care sites.
• Develops staffing schedules and ensures adequate coverage.
• Monitors quality and patient flow; coordinates with departments.
• Provides ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Collaborates with managers to enhance patient care and throughput.
