Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers with significant pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team. Under the guidance of local clinical leaders, APPs evaluate and provide evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• Pediatric APP license and board/certifications required.
• Active RN/NP/PA license where treating patients is required.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric APP experience outside of rotations or 1 year in urgent care/ER.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in urgent care and telemedicine settings.
• Perform urgent care procedures and coordinate imaging/lab testing.
• Oversee patient flow and supervise staff and trainees.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient data and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with on-site and telemedicine teams to ensure care quality.
