Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Under the guidance of local clinical leaders, APPs evaluate and treat pediatric patients, performing urgent care procedures and coordinating radiology results while ensuring patient safety and HIPAA compliance. This role supports flexible schedules with no overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Pediatric APP with independent pediatric clinical experience required.
• Active state license(s) where treating patients.
• Master's/Doctoral degree in nursing or PA studies required.
• Pediatric ICU/ER or Urgent Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients in urgent care or telemedicine settings.
• Provide evidence-based treatment and procedures as needed.
• Oversee patient flow and coordinate with providers and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with on-site and telemedicine teams.
