Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with significant pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team. Under the guidance of the Regional Medical Officer, APPs are responsible for evaluating and providing evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent care setting.

We offer flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts and roles ranging from 12 to 36 hours per week, accommodating both part-time and full-time work patterns.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience in ER/urgent care preferred.
• Active nursing or PA license in states served.
• Master’s or doctoral level nursing/PA education required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in urgent care/a telemedicine setting.
• Perform common urgent care procedures and radiograph interpretation with oversight.
• Oversee patient flow and staff coordination on shift.
• Ensure safety, privacy, and HIPAA compliance in care delivery.
• Collaborate with on-site and telemedicine teams to complete daily tasks.
• Support service recovery and patient experience improvements.
