Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers with pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to evaluate and treat pediatric patients in an urgent care setting, including telemedicine. Under guidance, APPs provide evidence-based care and oversee patient flow.

The role requires ANCC or NCCPA certification, state licensure where treating, and at least 2 years of independent pediatric APP experience. Flexible scheduling from 12 to 36 hours per week, with no overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required; urgent care/peds ER preferred.
• Active ANCC, NCCPA certification and state licenses indicated.
• MSN or Doctoral Nursing or MSPA required.
• Minimum 2 years independent pediatric APP experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in urgent care, incl. telemedicine and on-site visits.
• Perform urgent care procedures and coordinate radiology findings with radiologists.
• Oversee daily operations, patient flow, and supervision of staff on shift.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with on-site and telemedicine teams for patient care and follow-up.
