PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with significant pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team. Under the guidance of the Regional Medical Officer, APPs are responsible for evaluating and providing evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent care setting.

Qualifikationen

• Pediatric experience is required; Pediatric ER, General Pediatrics, or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Active ANCC Board Certification or NCCPA Certification
• Active RN/NP/PA license for each state treated
• MSN/Doctoral in Nursing or PA studies required
• Minimum 2 years pediatric APP clinical experience

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat pediatric urgent care patients with acute injuries and illnesses.
• Perform common urgent care procedures and assist in radiology and labs.
• Oversee patient flow and operations during shifts and collaborate with teams.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Participate in ongoing training, CME opportunities and professional development.
• Enhance efficiency and patient experience through metrics and process improvements.
