Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers with pediatric experience to join our team in urgent care. Under the guidance of the Regional Medical Officer, APPs evaluate and provide evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in a fast-paced setting with on-site x-ray and lab services.

We offer flexible schedules (12-36 hours per week across PT/FT) and a supportive environment with ongoing training and professional development in a private practice-like ED setting.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is required and preferred in pediatric ER, general pediatrics, or urgent care.
• Active RN (if applicable) and NP/PA state license for each treating state.
• Master of Science in Nursing or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Master of Physician Assistant Studies required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat acute injuries and illnesses for in-person and telemedicine patients.
• Perform procedures and provide radiology support where applicable.
• Oversee patient flow and supervise staff and trainees on shift.
• Maintain operations, safety, and HIPAA compliance.
• Support daily tasks including lab/radiology review and patient follow-up.
• Contribute to antibiotic stewardship and patient experience improvements.
