Job summary

Gillette Children’s is seeking a full-time Sonographer to join our Imaging Department in Saint Paul, MN. The role requires RDMS certification and pediatric experience, with coverage across 2 St.

Paul locations and occasional shifts at Maple Grove and Burnsville clinics. The position runs four days a week, typically Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm, with hourly wages ranging from $40.69 to $57.90 plus weekend/evening shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Certified, registered and in good standing with ARDMS and RVT or must complete RVT certification within 12 months of employment.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification; if CPR through another org, must complete BLS within one month.
• Experience working with pediatric and/or disabled populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging exams in accordance with departmental procedures and guidelines.
• Identify, record, and adapt procedures to patients of all ages and conditions.
• Communicate findings to the appropriate physician and ensure high-quality images.
• Prepare imaging room, verify orders, and document workflow in RIS/EMR.
