Here at The Fun Kids Dentist, our number one priority is our patients. We strive to provide the highest level of pediatric/orthodontic dental care. We believe that in order to provide this top level of care and customer service for our patients, we need to find the most talented individuals that enjoy being part of a fun and passionate team of dental professionals. We are currently looking to add a Pediatric Treatment Coordinator to our growing office.
The Treatment Coordinator's main responsibility is overseeing all new patients and presenting care. This individual will work with patient families through their initial visit, treatment planning, and establishing a dental home. Responsibilities include explaining treatment options, presenting treatment plans and fees, researching insurance coverage and pre-authorizations, arranging payment plans, scheduling care, and following up on patient questions and concerns throughout their treatment journey.
Effective communication, a friendly attitude, and helping families overcome obstacles to care. The Treatment Coordinator sets the tone for the patient experience in our office, reflecting our culture through exceptional customer service and care.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of sales experience. Dental or medical field experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
