The ideal candidate has a Master's degree (Healthcare or MBA preferred) and at least 3 years of related leadership experience in a pediatric therapy setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
• 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for growth and development of services and staffing to maximize efficiency, capacity, and utilization of resources.
• Maintains regulatory compliance to ensure highest level of quality and patient outcomes.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
• Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
• Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
• Ensures contractual compliance with various funding sources.
• Demonstrate competency in financial issues, including budgets, payroll, billing, documentation of units, and exploration of all funding sources to support families and children.
• Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
• Participates in the hiring and training of team members.
• Ensures staffing levels are appropriate and schedules are followed to provide positive patient care.
