Children's Health in Dallas seeks an Inpatient Therapy Physical Therapist Team Leader to supervise and coordinate Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology services in Acute Care Therapy Services at the Dallas Campus.

The role requires a PT licensed in Texas with 3+ years of experience and 1+ year of supervisory experience. This on-site, full-time position emphasizes leadership, workflow management, and education for clinical staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Physical Therapy experience required.
• Minimum 4 years related experience preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct therapy services (PT/OT/Speech) per department standards.
• Assist in day-to-day operations and manage caseloads for therapists.
• Conduct personnel activities: interviewing, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
• Plan and evaluate orientation, training, and CE programs for staff.
• Meet physical and non-physical demands as essential functions of the job.
• Monitor budgets and participate in policy development within departmental guidelines.
• Take on additional duties as appropriate to the position.
