Job summary

Pediatric Therapy, LLC in Lexington, KY is seeking a Therapy Clinic Manager to oversee the Associates in Pediatric Therapy location and supervise the therapy team. You will support therapists, help grow caseloads, and onboard new staff for the site, while addressing parent/guardian concerns.

You will collaborate with Marketing, HR and Facilities to solve location challenges and ensure high quality care for children.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess leadership experience and ability to supervise therapists.
• Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of therapists and performance management.
• Assist therapists in building caseloads for the location.
• Interview and onboard new therapists for the site.
• Address parent/guardian concerns and collaborate withMarketing, HR and Facilities.
