Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) seeks a Clinic Manager to provide primary oversight of a pediatric therapy location. You will supervise therapists, support caseload development, and coordinate with marketing, HR, and facilities to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy, or DPT.
• 1+ year of therapy experience, pediatrics preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the APT location and supervise therapists.
• Assist therapists in building caseloads and managing cases.
• Interview and onboard new therapists for the site.
• Address parent/guardian concerns and support families.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR and Facilities to resolve location challenges.

What You’ll Do:

The Therapy Clinic Manager is responsible for primary oversite of their Associates in Pediatric Therapy location.

• Day to day support and supervision of therapists; including performance management
• Assists therapists in building caseloads
• Interviewing and onboarding new therapists for designed APT site
• Assists with parent/guardian concerns
• Collaborates with Marketing, HR, and Facilities departments to solve location challenges

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy -OR- A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy -OR- Master’s degree and certified BCBA
• 1+ years of experience as a therapist, preferably in pediatrics
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Ability to motivate and engage staff
