• Leadership experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Experience overseeing clinic operations, team performance, and daily workflow.
• Ability to manage operational responsibilities in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with staff, patients, families, and community partners.
• Regular in-person clinic presence Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and facility management
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and strong team performance
• Monitor clinic productivity, financial performance, operational metrics, and patient outcomes
• Support front office and back office operations including administrative coordination and billing processes
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, operational, regulatory, and company standards
• Support business development initiatives, physician relationships, and community outreach efforts
• Partner closely with regional leadership to support clinic growth and operational success
• Maintain a consistent in-person leadership presence to support staff, patients, and clinic operations
• Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline, if applicable
