Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric PT in the child\'s home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and motor development.
• Educate families/caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in the EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community

• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines

• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist

Preferred:

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
