Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy across Texas, including Odessa and surrounding areas. You will evaluate and treat children with developmental and developmental/neurological needs, build individualized plans, and monitor progress to improve mobility and function.

Requirements include an active Texas PT license, graduation from an accredited PT program, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Preferred: pediatric experience, home health experience, bilingual in English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in home and community settings
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do
