Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of related experience including leadership and/or program management.
• Management experience in a complex health care organization.
• Knowledge of health care delivery models, program planning and implementation.
• Proven ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and delegate work functions efficiently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of patient care workflows and operational processes.
• Demonstrated financial management skills, including budget management, financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all aspects of the Pediatric STAD Center.
• Drive growth of programming and lead strategic initiatives to improve profitability, market share, and quality of care.
• Collaborate with Pediatric Division Chiefs, Department Chairs, Medical Administrators, and senior UCSF Benioff Children?s Hospitals leadership.
• Improve cross-continuum patient experience and optimize operations.
• Develop and implement the center's strategic plan and initiatives.
