Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of related management experience.
• Experience leading programs in a complex healthcare setting.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic and operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pediatric STAD Center strategy and business development initiatives.
• Oversee growth of programming, quality and safety initiatives, and cross-continuum patient experience.
• Manage budgets, resources, staffing, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with UCSF BCH leadership and department leaders to meet program goals.
