The role oversees clinics in San Francisco and Oakland, aligning service lines with BCH priorities and driving access, capacity, growth and patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent combination of experience / training.
• 5+ years related experience.
• Strong clinic/center management experience, scheduling, customer-service methods, incident reporting, regulatory compliance, accreditation requirements, information technology, and workflows.
• Excellent and advanced managerial skills and human resources management knowledge.
• Excellent and advanced communications skills to convey complex information to all levels.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare and clinic operations, information technology, and billing workflows.
• Knowledgeable of financial principles and practices in ambulatory environments.

• Designs and oversees a financial process that provides a comprehensive view of current and forecasted clinic performance.
• Directs clinical and operational functions and staff; optimizes delivery of clinical services.
• Develops patient service standards and builds a culture of service excellence and employee empowerment.
• Reviews and approves proposals for facilities expansion, space planning and capital needs.
• Responsible for recruitment, performance evaluation, and staff development; collaborates on labor relations.
• Analyzes information systems; creates analytics to track clinic performance and drives improvements.
• Develops processes to ensure viability of programs and optimize productivity; leads improvement projects.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
