Job summary

Therapy 2000 in Pearland, TX is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join a mission-driven team delivering home-based therapy to children. You will work under Supervising SLPs to support treatment plans and patient progress in a compassionate, family-centered setting.

You’ll develop home exercise programs with caregivers, coordinate care with providers, and ensure timely documentation while meeting agency expectations. A bilingual English/Spanish background is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care between providers and disciplines within the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet weekly minimums of patient visits as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs.
• Ensure documentation complies with agency policies and standards.
• Adhere to rules, regulations, and laws applicable to home-health pediatric speech-language pathology.
