Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is hiring a bilingual Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

This role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans across Desoto, Duncanville, Red Oak, Glenn Heights, and surrounding areas, with opportunities for growth and leadership within a mission-driven, clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with pediatric feeding and swallow disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
