Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists across Texas to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding and developmental needs. The role offers meaningful, patient-centered care in the home and community with flexible scheduling.

You will perform evaluations, develop individualized plans, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and document care in an EMR while maintaining clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
