Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in‑home therapy for children with communication and feeding needs across McKinney, Anna, Melissa, and surrounding areas.

The role involves evaluations, treatment planning, family education, and collaboration with medical teams to support each child’s development. Bilingual skills are preferred, and in‑home work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based speech‑language therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
