Job summary

Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC is seeking an ST to provide school-based therapy services in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The position runs ASAP through June 30, 2027, five days a week, six hours daily, at $65 per hour. Therapists will cover SLP services for roughly 90–100 students ages 5–14 (K–8).

Applicants must hold an ST license, maintain professional liability insurance, and submit a resume. All contracts are paid hourly as 1099; hours follow school times.

Qualifications

• Must hold State Teaching license? (ST)
• Professional Liability insurance required

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services to approximately 90–100 students.
• Hours align with school schedule: 7:30am–3:30pm / SLP hours 8:00am–2:00pm

Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC is a pediatric therapy agency that provides contracted Occupational therapists, Speech therapists and Physical therapists to various schools in New Jersey and Florida. Miriam Skydell has been contracting therapist to schools for over 25 years. Miriam Skydell and Associates, LLC is a small personalized agency which values our therapists time. All our contracts are by the hour regardless of student presence, all positions are paid hourly as 1099.

We have an ST position available at a school in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida.

Details are as follows:

• Duration: Sarting ASAP through June 30, 2027
• Days and Hours: 5 days a week, 6 hours a day
• Rate: $65.00 per hour
• School hours: 7:30am-3:30pm, SLP Hours: 8:00am - 2:00pm
• Details: Services are needed for roughly 90-100 students for SLP Services.
• Ages: 5 to 14 years old, (K-8)
