**BayCare** is currently in search of our newest **Outpatient Pediatric Speech Therapist** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. The **BayCare Kids Specialty Center at Mease Countryside** offers a comprehensive range of outpatient rehabilitation services for children and adolescents. Our skilled team specializes in developmental delays, musculoskeletal disorders and neurological disorders. A variety of physician specialties are also available along with dietician services.

**Speech Therapist Pool Responsibilities:**

+ Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing disorders in pediatric patients

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's specific needs and goals

+ Provide direct therapy services in a clinic-based, outpatient setting

+ Educate and counsel families and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs

+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and school personnel

+ Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes

+ Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to treatment planning

+ This is an outpatient pediatric position offering a varied caseload with a heavy emphasis on the infant and young child feeding population as well as children on the Spectrum. One to three years' pediatric experience preferred. Bilingual a plus."

**Requirements:**

+ CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ Speech Therapy License

+ Required Master's Speech Therapy

+ Preferred Doctorate Speech Therapy

+ 1 year Clinical Related is preferred
