Rise Family is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist in Surprise, AZ to evaluate and provide therapy for children ages birth to three. This role involves working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive services.

Formación

• Masters Degree in Speech Therapy is required.
• In-home and clinical setting speech therapy experience is required; pediatric experience preferred.
• Must meet all prescribed professional requirements and licensure as a Speech Pathologist.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children birth to three years old.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary core team to provide services to families.
• Participate in team meetings and family sessions.
