ResponsibilitiesProvide In-Home Pediatric Therapy Services: Deliver skilled speech-language therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, including comprehensive assessments, development and implementation of individualized care plans, and patient/family education to promote communication, cognitive, and swallowing function.
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and outcome-driven therapy aligned with the pediatric patient’s plan of care.
Ensure Accurate Documentation and Compliance: Maintain timely and compliant documentation, participate in quality assurance activities, and uphold professional standards related to home health regulations, pediatric care, and infection control procedures.
