Job summary

Total Rehab / Total Rehab Kids is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support licensed SLPs in pediatric care. You will implement treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and document client progress to enhance communication skills and swallowing abilities.

Work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain materials, and ensure a positive, engaging therapy environment for children. Pediatric-focused duties emphasize collaboration and AAC device familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Certification or licensure as an SLPA in the relevant state.
• Pediatrics experience or interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under a licensed SLP.
• Conduct therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication.
• Document client progress and report changes to the supervising SLP.
• Prepare materials for therapy sessions and maintain an organized space.
• Maintain a clean, engaging therapy environment and ensure equipment works.
