Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy for children in Aurora, CO and surrounding areas. Clinicians will deliver evidence-based services, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized plans in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.

New graduates and CFs welcome. Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Colorado SLP license required (or eligibility for CF).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow pursuing certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (SLPs).
• Support evaluation and treatment implementation under supervision (CFs).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
